Do Airway Bills Serve As Documents Of Title?

An airway bill is not a title by nature, however it can be prepared so that it can be treated as a title. An airway bill demonstrates that your shipment met the terms of the contract. In addition, an airway bill is a receipt provided by the carrier upon receipt of your shipment.
